ABOUT OUR SERVICES

All services are listed at a starting price. Final pricing may vary based on hair length, density, texture, time required, and any additional services performed.

If you have questions about pricing or session planning, we encourage you to consult with your stylist prior to your appointment so we can create a clear plan together.

Please note: Some transformations require multiple sessions to safely and beautifully achieve your desired result.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and schedule changes are sometimes unavoidable.

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 50% service fee.
• “No call / no show” appointments will also incur a 50% service fee.

Late cancellations make it very difficult to fill reserved appointment times on short notice. This policy helps ensure our stylists are fairly compensated for time that has been held exclusively for you.

A valid credit card is required to reserve online bookings and may be required to remain securely on file for new guests or new service appointments.

Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance as a courtesy reminder.

SERVICE ADJUSTMENTS

We want you to love your hair. If adjustments are needed, they must be scheduled within 10 days of your original appointment with your service provider.

Adjustment services are intended to address concerns related to the original service performed. Changes in preference, new inspiration photos, or requests for a different result than originally discussed will be considered a new service and priced accordingly.

Requests made after 10 days may be treated as a new appointment and additional charges may apply.

PRODUCT POLICY

Exchange Only:
Products may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase (new or gently used) with proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges if a product is excessively used or damaged.

Extension hair purchases are non-refundable.

CHILD & GUEST POLICY

We truly value your self-care time and want every guest to feel relaxed and comfortable while they’re with us. Because Salon GW is an intimate and incredibly small space, we kindly ask that only those receiving services attend their scheduled appointments.

Limiting additional guests helps us maintain a calm, safe, and enjoyable environment for everyone in the salon. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us keep our space welcoming for all.

PRIVACY POLICY

Salon GW partners with trusted service providers for scheduling software, text communication, credit card processing, marketing support, shipping, and data management. These providers are given only the information necessary to perform services for our business.

We do not sell, buy, or share personal information or text message opt-in data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
