At Salon GW, we’re passionate about nurturing the next generation of beauty professionals. Our Salon Associate Program offers new hairstylists in Dunedin a unique opportunity to gain hands-on salon experience, personalized mentorship, and professional growth.

Working closely with our experienced team, associates learn advanced hairstyling techniques, develop strong client communication skills, and gain insight into the daily operations of a successful hair salon. The story of Salon GW is deeply connected to the journey of Andi, a dedicated hairstylist and leader in Dunedin’s beauty community. Her career began right here as an assistant to Gregory, the salon’s founder. Over the past 11 years, Andi’s passion, talent, and drive have taken her from assistant to stylist, then manager — and now, proud owner of Salon GW. Her path reflects the heart of what we believe in: growth, mentorship, and excellence in the beauty industry

At Salon GW, giving back is part of who we are. We’re proud to partner with HEP Empowers in Clearwater, a nonprofit dedicated to breaking the cycle of homelessness by providing housing, food, healthcare, job training, and support services to individuals and families in need. In collaboration with SalonCentric, we helped establish The Salon—a fully equipped on-site space at HEP’s Workforce Development Center where residents receive free haircuts and self-care services in a supportive environment.

For the past nine years, we’ve volunteered our time and talent at HEP, offering haircuts and kindness to those rebuilding their lives. This partnership reflects our belief that everyone deserves dignity, confidence, and a fresh start.
